Wiregrass Ranch Development in Wesley Chapel 

Wiregrass is being developed on 5,000 acres of ranch land in Wesley Chapel, Florida.  It will include a retail mall of 800,000 square feet.  The Shops at Wiregrass is currently under construction and is expected to open in the fall of 2008.

The residential portion of Wiregrass is on hold.  The original ""Master Builder" for Wiregrass withdrew and no new builder has been selected.

After a Master Builder is selected, the home sales will have to wait until the infrastructure (roads, electricity, water, sewer, etc.) are put in place first.
